There's cleaning and there's deep cleaning.
We do deep cleaning. Where we first spray the carpet or fabric with a spray dirt to loosen the surface layer of grime, then we deep clean the carpet with specialist industrial vacuum equipment sucking up the loosened dirt and fluids. Any difficult stains we spot treat with an appropriate solvent or enzime cleaner and clean again.
If required we then treat the carpet with a stain resisting coating. This will give your fabric and carpets a better chance of staying clean for longer and having a better chance of removiing subsequent stains in the future.
Some stains will bleach the colour out of fabrics and carpet materials and leave a residual lighter patch. It is not always possible to identify which stain will leave a residual mark but it is unlikely that if we cannot get it out, with our industrial equipment and targetted solvents, it is unlikely it can be got out without ruining the fabric or the carpet.
