We Assess

We offer a free, no obligation quotation. where we assess your chairs, tell you what is wrong with them and the cost to put them right. As part of this assessment we discuss any practical, logistical requirements and give guidance on health and safety and fire regulations

Whilst taking into account the original operation of the seating, all our chair assessments are based on safety first. Every chair is different and prices will depend upon what is required, the age, make and condition of the seating.

We Collect

All work is carried out on our premises, where we have the resources, tools and equipment to ensure your items are refurbished professionally and safely.

We run regular weekly collection and delivery services to all areas we cover with some areas being visited several times a week. Our regular service makes it easy and efficient for you to get ad-hoc repairs made or to plan regular collection and delivery programs. Many regular customers just call the office to book a collection. 

Once back at our premises each item is double checked to assessed with any faults being confirmed.   

We Renovate

Our experienced upholsterers enable us to cater for an extremely wide scope of services from modern designer office chairs with sophisticated mechanisms to traditional seating with horse hair padding, hessian webbing and leather embossing. We carry out the work at our premises which enables us to allocate the best and appropriate skills and experience to each specific job.

Although we offer a wide range of industry standard commercial fabrics, leather, vinyl, faux leather and leather suitable for most UK work environments, we specialise in materials required for specific markets such as business, healthcare, education, and hospitality

We only use new components and hold many popular original manufacturer's components in stock. We hold a comprehensive range of quality generic components.These components have been tested to exceed standards for commercial use in UK work environments. In many cases the parts we have supplied have been superior to the original ones. 

We Deliver

We delivery your seating back to you. But it does not stop there...........

Your assurance of our quality is a 12 month guarantee on all our workmanship and parts.

We also like to keep in touch with our customers with a 3 - 6 monthly phone call, after all, chairs do not break down to order.

Location: Waldron's is ideally located in Reading and have excellent access to the South of England, Central and Greater London. We provide a regular service from Central and Greater London across to Bristol, Wiltshire, Oxford, Luton and Stevenage. Hampshire to Southampton and Portsmouth, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex to Horsham and across to Kent. One customer has even shipped to us chairs from France to refurbish.
